and teacher of Bharatanatyam in India and the US

styles of Bharatanatyam and Oddissi under the expert guidance of great dancers

- Masters degree in dance and is a
graded artist of the Bangalore Doordharshan

- Participated & performed in many
Government of India organized festivals like Hampi Festival, Hoysala festival
& many youth
festivals
- Dedicated to preserving &
promoting fine arts among the Indo-American
community
- Choreographed many theme-based
ballets with an eye on the socio-economic conditions in America and
India
- Yamuna and her students have won many
awards at the State, National and International level dance
competitions
- For past 8 years, Yamuna has been
enthralling and
mesmerizing the Houston Kannada audience by her classy Direction, Creative
