Theme for Kannada Vrinda's April 2005 presentation is " Dances of India ". This presentation attempts to put together the variety of dance systems that are in vogue today, in India. The colorful costumes of the Manipuri dancers, the artistic hand gestures of Bharatha Natyam and Kuchupudi, the tribal dances of Nagaland, the Mohiniattam of Kerala, are just a few of the dance treasure that India has to offer.
